1. Form massive ice blocks
Directional freezing forces out impurities that mere filtering can’t remove.
2. Remove remaining impurities
Ice carving professionals hoist the 350–400-pound blocks and use food-safe chainsaws to remove any remaining impurities.
3. Temper the Blocks
The blocks warm slightly to temper them for carving.
4. Shape to Perfection
Using saws designed for butcher shops and hydraulic presses, we process each tempered block into BIG shapes — perfection in a glass.
5. Prepare for Shipping
We blast-chill the bags of ice and keep them cold overnight for a hard freeze before shipping.
